Sectoral Determination 9: Wholesale & Retail Sector: As amended 14 October 2019.

The employment of all retail and wholesale workers is governed by this legislation, a copy of which must be kept available in such workplaces in a place to which an employee has access, as required by section 58 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and item 35 of the Determination. It determines minimum wages, working hours, leave entitlement and termination rules.
